Creative Community Meetups
Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Welcome to Creative Community Meetups.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of creativecommunitymeetups.com, including its public pages, meetup listings, Regional Leader pages, member directory, community forums, networking features, meetup replays, account features, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by NRE 2, LLC (“NRE 2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting an RSVP, participating in Platform features, or attending a Creative Community Meetup, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, participate in the member community, RSVP through the Platform, or attend a Creative Community Meetup.
By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
The Platform is not intended for minors, and individuals under the age of 18 may not create accounts or participate in Creative Community Meetups.
2. What Creative Community Meetups Is
Creative Community Meetups is designed to help members of the Creative Community connect with other entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and community members through local and virtual meetups, Regional Leader communities, networking tools, educational discussions, and member-generated content.
Some portions of the Platform are publicly accessible. Visitors may, for example, browse upcoming meetups, view Regional Leader information, access the calendar, and submit an RSVP without creating a member account.
Members who create a Directory Login may gain access to additional features such as member profiles, the Community Directory, regional community chats, meetup replays, badges, attendance history, and networking tools.
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts and Account Security
Certain Platform features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using false or misleading information;
- access another member’s account without authorization;
- share login credentials in a manner that compromises Platform security; or
- attempt to circumvent access controls or obtain unauthorized access to member, Regional Leader, or administrative areas.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should promptly notify us.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorized access, a violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens the Platform or community.
4. Member Profiles and Community Directory
Members may create profiles containing information such as a display name, photograph, city and state, Regional Leader affiliation, headline, biography, areas of interest, website, and social media links.
Information submitted to your profile may be visible to other Platform members depending on the field and the Platform feature.
For example, the Platform is designed so that profile information such as display name, profile photo, city and state, Regional Leader affiliation, headline, biography, categories, and certain social links may be visible to members. Contact information such as phone number and email is shared through member-facing networking features only where the member has opted into that sharing.
You are responsible for the information you choose to include in your profile.
Do not post information to your profile that you do not want other authorized members of the community to see.
5. Community Forums and Communications
Each Regional Leader community may include member discussion areas, including channels for introductions, meetup discussions, general conversations, deals, wins, and related community interaction.
Community Content and Moderation
Community conversations may be reviewed by our team for safety, quality, support, and adherence to Community Guidelines. Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.
Community messages are not private or confidential communications with NRE 2.
Authorized team members may access and review community content for purposes including:
- community moderation;
- safety;
- customer or member support;
- quality assurance;
- investigating reports or complaints;
- enforcement of these Terms or Community Guidelines;
- preventing abuse, spam, or inappropriate solicitation; and
- improving the community experience.
The Platform’s administrative tools allow authorized moderators to review messages across communities, search and filter forum activity, hide content from member view, and, where appropriate, delete content. Hidden messages may remain available to authorized administrators.
Our moderation procedures specifically contemplate review for issues such as harassment, spam, unvetted solicitation, and sensitive personal or financial information.
You should therefore not use community forums to share passwords, Social Security numbers, bank information, account credentials, confidential transaction documents, private financial information, or other information you would not want viewed by other community members or authorized Platform personnel.
We do not guarantee that every message will be reviewed or that inappropriate content will be identified immediately.
6. Community Conduct
Creative Community Meetups is intended to facilitate useful, respectful professional and community relationships.
When using the Platform or participating in a meetup, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person;
- discriminate against or target others in an unlawful manner;
- post defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or knowingly false information;
- send spam or repetitive promotional content;
- engage in unauthorized or excessive solicitation;
- use the community primarily to harvest leads or member information;
- post another person’s confidential or private information without permission;
- upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Platform;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically collect member information;
- impersonate another member, Regional Leader, employee, or representative;
- use the Platform to facilitate unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- post obscene, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate material; or
- encourage others to violate these Terms.
We may remove or restrict content, limit participation, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when we believe conduct is inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the community.
Moderation decisions may be made in our discretion.
7. Member Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to the Platform, including posts, comments, photographs, profile information, testimonials, stories, feedback, and similar material (“Member Content”).
By submitting Member Content to the Platform, you grant NRE 2 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, moderate, promote, and improve the Platform and Creative Community Meetups.
For content you specifically submit for publication or promotion — such as a testimonial, member spotlight, meetup photo, story, or similar submission — this license also includes the right to display and promote that content through Creative Community channels in connection with the community and its programs.
You represent that:
- you own your Member Content or have permission to submit it;
- your content does not violate another person’s rights; and
- our permitted use of the content under these Terms does not violate any agreement you have with someone else.
We are not required to publish or retain Member Content.
Removal of content from public or member-facing areas does not necessarily mean that every stored or backup copy is immediately deleted.
8. Meetups, RSVPs, and Attendance
The Platform allows individuals to discover and RSVP to in-person and virtual meetups.
When you RSVP, information such as your name and email may be provided to the Regional Leader responsible for that meetup and used to administer the event, communicate with attendees, provide updates, and maintain attendance records.
Regional Leaders may have access to regional member rosters, RSVP lists, attendance information, and attendee exports as part of operating their communities.
Meetup locations, dates, times, hosts, availability, and other details may change.
We may send transactional communications concerning your RSVP, including confirmations, reminders, location changes, cancellations, attendance follow-ups, and similar event-related notices. The Platform uses RSVP and check-in information to administer these workflows.
Submitting an RSVP does not guarantee admission, seating, availability, or that an event will occur as originally scheduled.
9. Photos, Video, and Meetup Recordings
Creative Community Meetups are community events and may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded.
By attending a Creative Community Meetup, you understand and agree that you may appear in photographs, video, audio, or other recordings captured during the event.
You grant NRE 2 and its authorized partners, contractors, representatives, and community operators permission to photograph, record, reproduce, display, publish, and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance captured in connection with a Creative Community Meetup for purposes related to:
- documenting the event;
- providing meetup replays;
- operating or promoting Creative Community Meetups;
- community communications;
- websites and social media;
- educational or informational content; and
- related marketing and promotional materials.
This permission is granted without additional compensation to you.
If you do not want to be intentionally photographed or featured in event recordings, please notify the Regional Leader or event organizer before the event begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Because meetups may take place in group settings, we cannot guarantee that an attendee will never appear incidentally or in the background of a photograph or recording.
You may not independently record or publish another attendee in a manner that violates their privacy or other legal rights.
Meetup recordings submitted through the Platform may be reviewed before they are released to members, and approval does not guarantee that every recording will be published or retained. The existing Platform workflow specifically requires administrative approval before a replay becomes available to members.
10. Networking and Member-to-Member Interactions
The Platform includes tools intended to help members connect with one another, including member directories, connection requests, QR-based networking, Regional Leader communities, and contact-sharing options.
Connections between members do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, verification, or guarantee by NRE 2.
You are responsible for evaluating anyone you meet through the Platform before entering into a personal, professional, financial, investment, lending, employment, partnership, vendor, or other relationship with them.
Members may choose whether to share certain contact information through Platform networking features. The Platform is designed so that member contact details are made available through those features only where the member has opted into sharing them.
Do not misuse contact information obtained through the Platform.
11. Business, Real Estate, Financial, Legal, and Tax Discussions
Creative Community Meetups may involve discussion of real estate, entrepreneurship, creative finance, financing structures, deals, investing, business operations, or similar topics.
These discussions are provided for community, networking, and educational purposes only.
NRE 2 does not, through operation of this Platform:
- provide legal advice;
- provide tax advice;
- provide individualized investment advice;
- act as your financial advisor;
- guarantee investment results;
- guarantee that any transaction or opportunity is lawful, profitable, appropriate, or accurately represented; or
- independently verify every statement, deal, opportunity, service provider, or member represented within the community.
Nothing posted by another member, a Regional Leader, guest, speaker, or other participant should be treated as a substitute for your own professional advice and due diligence.
Before entering into a transaction, you should independently evaluate the opportunity and consult appropriately qualified legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professionals where appropriate.
12. No Endorsement of Member Deals or Services
Members may discuss businesses, deals, properties, financing, services, partnerships, products, opportunities, or professional services.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, the presence of a person, company, opportunity, service, transaction, link, or resource on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement by NRE 2.
NRE 2 is not a party to agreements independently entered into between members.
Any transaction you enter into with another member or third party is between you and that person or entity.
You are responsible for your own due diligence.
13. Attendance and Assumption of Risk
Participation in in-person meetups involves ordinary risks associated with travel, public gatherings, third-party venues, and interaction with other attendees.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for complying with venue rules and applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending and participating in Creative Community Meetups.
NRE 2 does not control every venue, attendee, vendor, or third party involved in a meetup and cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.
Nothing in these Terms waives rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Regional Leaders
Regional Leaders help host meetups and administer local community activity through the Platform.
The Platform provides Regional Leaders with tools that may include meetup publishing, RSVP management, check-in, community posting, event photos, resources, recordings, and attendee communications.
Statements, opinions, recommendations, or representations made by a Regional Leader should not automatically be interpreted as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice from NRE 2.
We may approve, pause, hide, replace, or remove Regional Leaders or modify regional coverage as necessary to administer the community.
15. Communications From Us
By creating an account or submitting an RSVP, you understand that we may send communications reasonably related to your use of the Platform or participation in a meetup.
These may include:
- account and security messages;
- RSVP confirmations;
- event reminders;
- location or schedule changes;
- cancellation notices;
- attendance communications;
- meetup follow-ups;
- community or Regional Leader updates;
- badge or milestone notifications; and
- similar operational messages.
The Platform’s member journey uses RSVP and account activity to trigger these types of communications.
Where required by law, promotional or marketing communications will be handled separately from necessary transactional communications.
16. Feedback
We welcome feedback about the Platform.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or other feedback regarding the Platform, you authorize us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Feedback submitted through the Platform may be reviewed internally and used to improve the Platform or community experience.
17. Platform Intellectual Property
Except for Member Content and third-party materials, the Platform and its contents — including its design, software, branding, graphics, logos, text, functionality, workflows, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to NRE 2 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform only for its intended purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, republish, sell, license, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Platform materials except with our prior written permission or as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of the Creative Community, Creative Community Meetups, or related trademarks or branding.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, meeting platforms, social networks, venues, resources, software, or services.
We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
19. Platform Availability
We work to maintain a useful and reliable Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, third-party services, changes to the Platform, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Badges, milestones, statistics, directory features, networking features, replay access, Regional Leader assignments, and similar Platform functionality may also change over time.
20. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or hide content;
- restrict Platform features;
- limit community participation;
- remove directory visibility;
- suspend an account;
- terminate an account;
- restrict attendance or participation;
- preserve information where reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution; or
- take other reasonable action to protect the Platform or community.
We are not obligated to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or protection of the community.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform collects and uses information necessary to operate features such as RSVPs, member accounts, profiles, community participation, attendance records, networking tools, feedback, and internal Platform reporting.
Some information may also be accessible to Regional Leaders or authorized team members depending on the feature being used.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform, meetups, content, community features, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
NRE 2 makes no guarantee regarding:
- uninterrupted Platform availability;

- the continued availability of any Regional Leader, event, recording, feature, or community; or
- any specific business, financial, professional, or personal result from participating in Creative Community Meetups.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that may otherwise arise by implication.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NRE 2 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or participation in a meetup.
This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from:
- member-to-member interactions;
- business or investment decisions;
- third-party transactions;
- reliance on community content;
- loss of data;
- Platform interruptions;
- conduct of another attendee;
- third-party services; or
- unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
24. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRE 2 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of or relating to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your Member Content;
- your infringement of another person’s rights;
- your unlawful use of the Platform; or
- transactions, solicitations, or agreements you independently enter into with another member or third party.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform or community evolves.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or the Platform that is not otherwise resolved between the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and NRE 2 concerning your use of the Platform, except where you are separately subject to another written agreement with NRE 2 that expressly governs the same subject matter.
